[He gets it, at least. No one wants that spectre hanging over them. He's not so convinced about the Order- they're not his favourite people. The Order, in Zulius' opinion, aren't much better than any of the other shady groups hanging around here. Control is still control, no matter what mask they put on to do it with.]
