When you tell mister Lycaon that, as Samuel put it to me, 'mama needs a new signature cocktail for the themed night', how long does he generally take between his planning and execution phases to perfect his work?

Oh, that is NOT the bartender I thought would be in trouble with a capital T! Anyhoo, if I'm giving him, like, a whole themed night? Where it's like, 5-7 new cocktails and suchlike? At LEAST a 6 hour s- depending on how complicated the theme is. I usually give him the whole day TBH because he gets SUPER into it! He does a REALLY through job, he thinks about colours, flavour profiles, dressing, everything!
