The presence of a certain Black Order member has driven some of us to lay low for the last few weeks. Eunie, Patrizio, and Ash are all accounted for. None of us want to see a repeat of August, so we are doing what we can.
Is there anyone else among your staff who have been threatened by Hathorne? If you send them to me and Venti, they will be shielded from her prying eyes. No one is able to trespass upon the safe house's magic.

In happier news, we have given each other the rings and our engagement is now official, but we've decided not to make an announcement until things have settled. As an apology for making you wait so long, I would leave you in charge of the engagement party. I've read that such a thing is a common tradition in these times.

Hahah, thank you. I am a man of my word, after all. I took him to a nice restaurant where they serve meals in courses, and conveyed my true feelings while holding his hand... We are close in this life like the last, but we were always reluctant to put a label on anything. With this, I believe we've embraced the more human part of ourselves.
He also gave me a promise ring in return. In my eyes, it is perfect as it is.
