[ about an hour or so after this terrible downhill conversation, there'll be a delivery of a boquet of 10 white tulips dropped off to the Vogue, with a small note on it that simply reads 'mi dispiace.' ]

[Well. That was speedy. And they are pretty flowers. He does at least know what tulips are, so he can Google the language and this is appeasing. ]

The speediness was impressive. Do you have a florist on speed dial or something? That was quick. Could have used a little more grovelling, but I'll let it slide.
