So you are our new magician. It's a pleasure to meet you Lyney. I am Lycaon, I worked the bar, but I've recently come into being the proprietor of the Vogue's newest restaurant, the Playbill.

If you have any questions regarding where things are at the Vogue, I would be happy to assist you, so do not feel nervous coming up to me. I've been working here about six years, so I know my way around.

Oh? The restaurant is new??

It is. In fact it just appeared this week. It will look quite empty in terms of furnishings and equipment, so please don't mind the mess when you come in to work. It's...quite a work in progress.

[Hm.]

With your show...it would actually be quite fun to also make some drinks that relate to your acts. Do you deal with illusions?

Some, yes! Card tricks, too, but the illusions are the fun ones~

Interesting. That would be nice to work off of. Perhaps card based drinks, a different flavour profile for each suit.

Or a drink that changes color...there's plenty of possibilities.

Any questions I had have been replaces because please tell me more about these drinks you're brainstorming??

Ah, well..I was just thinking each suit could be a unique them. My specialty at the Vogue is using the drink itself to make ice cubes in various shapes, so I was thinking of making the ice look like the suit...

Red and 'Black' are easy colours to work with.

As for the illusion drink...I've heard butterfly pea flower changes the colour of clear alochol...I'll have to research it more.

Oh it does! One of my favorite cocktails from a con I went to served one, it was delicious.

Interesting. Would you at some point like to divulge about that drink? I'd make it my own, naturally, but I'm curious to hear what other bars utilized.

Besides, it would be wonderful for the magician's drink to be one of the magician's favourites.

Of course! I think I still have the drinks menus even, so that should help!

Even better. I would love to take a look.

The main note for the drink for hearts could be blood orange...and then cranberry for diamonds. Possiblities.

Ooooh. What about spades and clubs?

Hm. This puts me in a situation. Perhaps I was too hasty with the red colours. Should I make them all fruity drinks? I could easily use brown liquors for the 'black suits' but perhaps a cinnamon for Diamonds would be better.

Or I could simply make them all fruit themed. Blackcurrant and plum are options.

Which do you think would serve your 'style' best?

That's a good idea. I'll watch your shows and get a feel for what you present in them, and base your drinks off that.

It'll be quite fun.
